Membership is open to  amputee actors seeking roles, casting directors, filmmakers, directors, producers, writers.........
As a subsidiary of 501c3 nonprofit corporation there are no application or membership fees.
Unless all fields are properly filled in the application will be automatically rejected.

For your membership application to be accepted actors/models will  need to submit a professional looking photo per these examples.

    

As casting calls and other acting/modeling opportunities are received you will be notified by e-mail with details and contact information.
However, it is only after fully completing this application process that you will become a part of Amputees In Hollywood.
